This Gidgee 3/4" Round Plane is 8-7/8” long x 3/4" wide x 2-5/8” high. Weighs 14oz. The blade is 3/16" thick x 3/4” wide O1 tool steel hardened to Rc 62-64 and shaped to suit the sole of the plane.

It has a 60 degree blade angle for planing. The sole is a 3/4" radius, 60 degree segment.

The blade also has a 5 degree skew to the right hand side of the plane for optimum shaving removal. This is an important feature of these planes.

Used for Forming curved shapes in lengths of wood. Mainly to form various unique mouldings. This plane will take your woodwork to another level.
